GMH Agcare is a unique service which aims to help primary producers, fishing enterprises and small businesses in rural areas who may be experiencing financial hardship and need support.

We can provide support and information in the following areas:

Financial

• Help farming families assess and understand their financial positions
• Assist to identify options and develop an action plan to move forward
• Help prepare budgets and cash flows
• Assist with loan and/or refinance applications
• Help clients negotiate with their lenders

We can also...

• Help to identify eligibility and apply for Centrelink and other Government programs
• Support farming families through the adjustment process
• Explore farm succession issues
• Offer a non-judgmental listening ear
• Provide information and referrals to relevant agencies

RFCS Victoria - Goulburn Murray Hume is a confidential service. All matters discussed with the service are confidential and nothing is disclosed to outside agencies, or individuals without your permission. This service is free and the counsellor can visit you at your home, or you can see them at their office.
