The RFCS Program needs to collect and store personal and financial information from clients for the purposes of audit, performance management of personnel and to permit necessary database maintenance. If you with to use the services of a rural financial counsellor, you must agree to allow relevant financial information to be stored in a database and you must be aware that certain details may be subject to audit. To protect your privacy, database information passed to government agencies from the rural financial counselling service will not include personal information, such as name and addresses.
