Goulburn Murray Hume Agcare Ltd, trading as RFCS Victoria - Goulburn Murray Hume is funded by the Federal Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) and the Victorian Department of Primary Industries (DPI) to deliver the Rural Financial Counselling Service.

We provide free financial counselling services to eligible primary producers, fishers and small rural businesses who are experiencing financial hardship or, have limited access to impartial support.

We work in collaboration with a range of people, governments and organisations throughout the Goulburn Murray Hume region in supporting eligible rural businesses to better manage the challenges of change.
